Obituary

Funeral service for Mr. Frankie Evans, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Erwin officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Cemetery.

Mr. Evans was born on January 9, 1952 in Lincoln County, TN to Aaron and Conda Bates Evans. He retired from the City of Fayetteville in 2004. Mr. Evans passed away on March 31, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his daughter, Ashley Evans (Nick) Curtis; sister, Diane (Daryl) Williams; brother, Billy Evans all of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Grace Curtis, Dylan Evans, Cadon Curtis, Karson Curtis, and Colton Curtis; nephews, Cory Hollis, Josh Evans, and Ryan Evans; first cousins, Melinda, James Ray, Pat, Pete, Felicia, Teresa, Randal, Clinton, Emaleene, Johnny, Sheila, Kay, and Brenda; uncle, George Evans; aunt, Shirley Curlee; and special friends, Sammy Caldwell, Nelson Norris, David Sells and Terry Ward.

Visitation with the family will be at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at Higgins Funeral Home. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Frankie Evans.
