Funeral service for Mr. Frank Eslick age 82, of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday April 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Edgar and Bro. Dana Crowell officiating. Burial will follow in Carter Hill Cemetery. Mr. Eslick passed away Thursday April 7, 2016 at his residence.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of the late John Thomas and Brunie Burns Eslick. Mr. Eslick owned Eslick Construction, was a contractor for over 50 years and was co-owner of Fayetteville Lumber, an Army veteran and a Deacon at Properity ARP Church.
Survivors include his wife Faye Sheffield Eslick of Fayetteville, daughter Janet (Bill) Carter of Fayetteville, son Tommy (Tara) Eslick of Fayetteville, grandchildren Brittney Mitchell, Morgan (Jason) Terry, Jacob (Catie) Eslick, Wesley Smith, Livi Eslick, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Shirley Creson and Martha Faulkner both of Fayetteville. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother John B. Eslick and sister Frances Phelps.
Visitation with the family will be Friday April 8, 2016 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Prosperity ARP Church, 46 Sulphur Springs Road Fayetteville, TN 37334
Mr. and Mrs. Eslick were the best neighbors I could have had when I moved back to Fayetteville in 1992. I am so sorry for your loss. May God bless and keep your family in His embrace.
