Funeral service for Mrs. Estelle Langley, age 97, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Friday, November 18, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Darryl Anderson and Bro. James Strope officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Langley passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Langley was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, the daughter of the late Henry Dalton and Hattie Estelle Dooley Norton. She was a homemaker and also worked for Fabric World. She was a member of the Holmes Street Methodist Church in Huntsville, AL.

Survivors include daughter Judy (Roger) Norman of Fayetteville, TN, son Ken Langley of Nashville, TN, grandchildren Tracy (Darryl) Anderson of Toney, AL, Stephanie McCartt of Atlanta, GA, Jason (Kristin) McCartt of Huntsville, AL, Jonathan (Whitney) McCartt of Muscle Shoals, AL, great grandchildren Alan, David, Jacob and Alison Anderson, Langley and Emily McCartt, Charlee Rae McCartt, sisters Geneva Wilkes, Joy Daughrity, Barbara Edwards and brother William Norton. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Langley and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 18, 2016 from 9 until 10 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
