Graveside services for Mrs. Emma Ruth Sharpe, age 80, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11AM Tuesday at Lincoln Cemetery with Bro. Richard Waggoner officiating. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of services. Mrs. Sharpe died Sunday in Huntsville Hospital. She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Lawson and Bernie Fitch Slatton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Washington Street Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Joan Hickerson of Fayetteville and Carolyn Frame of Vanntown, grandchild Beth Lewis of Murfreesboro, great grandchild James Lewis, brother Billy Slatton of Kelso and one sister Lois Vinson of Tullahoma. There will be no visitation at Higgins Funeral Home prior to services.
