Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Burch Currin, age 72, of Fayetteville will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 1:00PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Van Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Mrs. Currin passed away Monday February 15th in Huntsville Hospital.

She was a native of Franklin County and was the daughter of the late Hollis Felton and Vellie Mae Sinyard Burch.  Mrs. Currin was employed by Lincoln Medical Center for 31 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Glenn Currin of Fayetteville, daughter Kathy Marie Kent of Fayetteville, three step-children Donnie, Ricky and Steven Currin all of Fayetteville, 8 grandchildren Jessica Branch Justice of Murfreesboro, Maegan Elizabeth Branch, Thomas Glen Currin, Alisha Shea Dunnivant, Kayla Currin, Travis Currin, Stephanie Worden and Elizabeth Currin all of Fayetteville, and two great grandchildren Lillie Grace Dunnivant and Caleb Worden.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 4-7PM at Higgins Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
