We regret to announce the passing of Donald Bailey Eakin, age 82, of Petersburg, TN. A private burial was held at Old Orchard Cemetery in Petersburg.

Donald was born November 25, 1940, in Lincoln County, TN to the late Joseph D. Eakin, Sr. and Marjorie Bailey Eakin of Petersburg. He passed away peacefully March 14, 2023, at Lynchburg Nursing Center in Lynchburg, TN.

He is survived by his nephew and guardian, Robert D. Salyer. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his 6 siblings.
