Graveside services for Connie Sawyers McDaniel, age 75, of Frankewing will be conducted Saturday March 5, 2016 at 1PM at Wright’s Cemetery. Ms. McDaniel passed away Wednesday night at Lincoln Medical Center.

She was a native of Lincoln County, daughter of the late William Conroy and Eula Belle May Sawyers. She was a retired Administrative Asst with NASA and attended the McBurg First Baptist Church.

Survivors include three step-sons Michael (Sandra) McDaniel, Mark (Donna) McDaniel and Martin (Suk) McDaniel, grandchildren Matthew (Katy Jo) McDaniel, Jennifer (Andrew) Murphy, Kristin McDaniel, Jeremy McDaniel, great-grandchild Ella Reese McDaniel and cousin Bill (Jill) Davis. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kimberly Garner and one brother.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to services.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of services for Connie Sawyers McDaniel.
