Graveside services were conducted Sunday May 22^nd at 2 PM at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens for Mr. Charles Bogard Rice. Mr Rice passed away Saturday at Donalson Care Center.

A native of Florence, SC, he was the son of the late Charles Sutton and Sara Yvonne West Rice and a veteran of the US Navy. Mr. Rice put many miles on his bike riding the roads of Lincoln County, he will be missed by his many friends.
