Funeral service for Mrs. Carolyn Adeline McGee Tripp, age 90, of Fayetteville, TN will be held at 2pm on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held from 5pm to 8pm on Sunday, January 22 at Higgins.

Mrs. Tripp was born July 26, 1932, in Lincoln County, TN to the late Albert Floyd and Gladys Lorene Warden McGee. She was a member of West Fayetteville Church of Christ. Carolyn was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and caring for her family. She passed away January 18, 2023, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN.

Survivors include her son, Mark Tripp of Columbia; sister, Faye Hargett of Nashville; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents. Mrs. Tripp was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pierce Tripp; and sisters, Marie McLeod and Glyn Bartlett.
