Funeral services for Buford Glen Winsett, age 74, of Fayetteville will be conducted Saturday at11am at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Center Point Cemetery. Mr. Winsett passed away Thursday morning at Donalson Care Center.

He was a native of Lincoln County, son of the late Thomas B. and Leona Lynn Land Winsett, retired from Eaton Corporation and a member of the Lincoln Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Dorothy Jean Winsett of Fayetteville, three daughters Cheryl Jeans of Flintville, Teresa Mearse of Fayetteville and Beth Ann Mitchell of Cornersville, two sons Bobby Winsett of Lewisburg and Randy Winsett of KY, nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two brothers Darwin Winsett of Shelbyville, Wayne Winsett of Petersburg, two sisters Ruth Hastings of Petersburg and Lynn Wiser of Fayetteville.

Mr. Winsett was preceded in death by first his wife Beverly Rose Yeager Winsett and two brothers Marlion Ray Winsett and Arnold B. Winsett. Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
