Funeral services for Billy Wayne Harbin, age 57, of Flintville will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Cleo Moon officiating. Burial will follow in Flintville Cemetery. Mr. Harbin passed away Sunday at Lincoln Medical Center.

He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of the late Junior and Josephine Stewart Harbin. He was an employee of Genesco and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sisters Judy Bain of Flintville and Joyce Norman and husband Ray of Flintville, one brother Jeff Harbin and wife Teena of Flintville and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Mr. Harbin was preceded in death by his parents Junior and Josephine Stewart Harbin, wife Sharon Oliver Harbin and son Jackie Harbin.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
