Funeral services for Billy Lee Winsett, age 76, of Fayetteville will be conducted Thursday at 1PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bob Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Winsett passed away Tuesday at Lincoln Medical Center.

A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of Otis and Allie Powell Winsett, a former employee of Moorehead Tree Surgery and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include a sister Lillian Higgins of Fayetteville and a brother Wayne Winsett of Atlanta, GA.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 11AM-1PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
