Graveside service for Mr. Billy Douglas Caldwell age 84 of Dellrose will be conducted Tuesday at 9 am at Shiloh Cemetery with Rev John Edward Sanders officiating. Mr. Caldwell. passed away Saturday evening at Lincoln Medical Center.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of the late William Floyd and Bertie Mullins Caldwell, was retired from U. A. W. and a farmer, Mr. Caldwell was a veteran of the Army, an was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years Wanda Caldwell of Dellrose, children J. D. Caldwell, of Elkton, Jennifer Caldwell of McBurg Bob Caldwell Chicago, IL, Bill J. Caldwell of Dellrose, grandchildren Doug, Sarah, Morgan, Sean, Heather, Jamie, Naomi and Robert, 7 great grandchildren, brother Bobby Caldwell of Lawrenceburg, sister Elouise O`Neal of Fayetteville, Mr. Caldwell was preceded in death by infant son Bryce Douglas Caldwell.
In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Shiloh Cemetery fund.
There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
