The words are not there for me to say how much Mark and I loved our Aunt Dunnie. She will have many stars in her crown. I know my mother is welcoming her to her heavenly home. I miss them both!

    Dear Janice and Belinda,
Momma and I were very sad to hear of your dear Mother’s passing. Mrs. Betty June was a kind, sweet lady with a heart of gold. I remember that she would keep me sometimes when I was 5 or 6 years old. I loved going to her house because she was so nice and there was always something good to eat! Momma enjoyed her friendship over the years and she’s going to miss her.
We pray that you are comforted by all your wonderful memories and the love that will always be with you. God bless you.

I am forever grateful that in 2006 I was able to travel to Tennessee and meet Dunnie and Melinda. They took me to Champ. I hadn’t been there since I was a little girl. It was a wonderful visit although short. She was the sweetest person and her passing breaks all hearts. Rest in Peace kind soul.

I have so many memories. Some of the best ones are spent with cousins and Aunt Dunnie remembering and recalling those memories and laughing like crazy. Aunt Dunnie loved to laugh.

She was a second mother to me. She was a joy. I am forever grateful.

To my Riddle cousins and family, the passing of our sweet Aunt Dunnie has brought on years of memories and some tears. She was the sweetest person and my last connection to my mother’s family. While I am glad she is at peace, my heart still breaks, but knowing she is with her husband, son, sisters, brother, mother and father makes me smile. Rest in peace my sweet Aunt Dunnie.

Loved this sweet lady! Loved the things she loved ; canning snd flowers and Champ snd the people there- Always looked for her Christmas card-Loved her family- One time they came to our house and our children were little and I had picked green beans and it had rained and had been washing some and trying to break some but the kitchen was a mess- she got in there snd helped me and William and Billy visited- Praying for God’s comfort at this time
