Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Mae Moyers, age 77, of Fayetteville, TN will be held at 1 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Ian Bloxham officiating. Burial will follow in Stewart Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm to 7 pm on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Higgins.
Wanda was born November 7, 1944, in Jackson County, AL to the late Carl and Rachel Creek McCreary. She was a cook at the Chuckwagon restaurant and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Moyers passed away October 25, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Moyers; children, Rachel Sharp and Cindy (Tony) Jackson both of Fayetteville, and Jerry (Angie) Sharp of Winchester; grandchildren, Steven Hill, Jason Jackson, Justin Jackson, Jordan (Lexie) Sharp, Lindsey Sharp, Jace Sharp, Jade (Brandon) Daws; great-grandchildren, Austin Hill, Olivia Hill, Maelee Daws, Jayden Daws, Brayden Daws, Liam Sharp, Nevaeh Sharp, Jesslyn Sharp, Wyatt Sharp, Justice Jackson, and Courtney Frame; and one great-great-grandchild, Avery Rayne Jackson; siblings, Sina Farris of Estill Springs, Sue (David) Hardiman of Tracy City, Jimmy (Sally) McCreary of Winchester, Jerry (Debbie) McCreary of Winchester, and Johnny McCreary of Estill Springs. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Rachel McCreary.
