It is with regret that we announce the death of Mr. Toby Lewis Barrie, age 33 of Cumberland County, TN. He was the son of Kim Lewis Barrie and the late Dale Barrie. In addition to his mother, survivors include his sister, Amanda Richey. He was employed by Trilogy Pool Company. Mr Barrie passed away July 21, 2018.  A memorial service will be held at a later date in Cumberland County, TN.  Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Toby Lewis Barrie.
