Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Price Land Bliss, age 86, of Hammond, IN will be conducted Saturday at 11AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Bates officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens.  Mrs. Bliss passed away Tuesday August 24^th at Parkway Manor in Marion, ILL.

She was the daughter of the late Byrd and Lucy Qualls Price and was a home health nurse.

Survivors include a son Bobbie Land of Section, AL, daughter Stella Simmons and husband Donnie of Goreville, IL, son-in-law Randy Wolaver of Smyrna, TN.  grandchildren Chris Wolaver of Smyrna, TN,  Darrell Land of Michigan City, IN, Doyle Land and wife Connie of Mt. Prospect, ILL,  Donna Kemp and husband Dan of Frankfort, ILL, Darrin Simmons of Portland, OR, Regina Mullins of Gurley, AL, and Scott Wolaver and wife Amy of Murfreesboro, TN, 3 sisters Louise May and Wilma Golden both of Fayetteville, Birdie Dudley of Huntsville, AL, brother Earl Price of Fayetteville,  15 grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Bliss was preceded in death by daughter  Sarah Wolaver, five sisters and four brothers.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
