Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Steelman, age 76, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 2 PM Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Don Russell and Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Mrs. Steelman passed away Friday evening at Lincoln Medical Center.
A daughter of the late Zack Thomas and Eula McCrory Mansfield, she was a native of the Lincoln Community, a homemaker, and a member of Park City Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Jimmy Steelman of Fayetteville, daughter Kay N. Daniel and husband Jimmy of Fayetteville, sons James M Norris and wife Jenny of Palm Coast, FL and Tim G. Norris of Shelbyville, grandchildren Zack A. Daniel and wife Ashley, Lindsay D. Richardson and husband Parker, Courtney D. Norris, Justin R. Norris, James A. Norris, William E. Norris, Grace E. Norris, and Joseph Wylder Norris, 6 great-grandchildren, sisters Onis M. Goode and husband Paul of Fayetteville and Pauline M. Norman and husband Lawrence of Springfield, TN, and brother Bill Mansfield and wife Annie Lee of Nashville. She was preceded in death by her brothers Leonard, Lee Earl, and Jack Mansfield, and sisters Louise Simmons and Ila Beavers.
Visitation with the family will be from 5-8 PM Sunday evening at Higgins Funeral Home.
