Funeral services for Mrs. Mae F. Jeans, age 96 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Tuesday at 12 PM in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Jeans passed away Sunday morning at Donalson Care Center.

A native of Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late George and Lillie Mae Fanning Farris. She was retired from S&M and was a member of the Una Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters Betty Jayne Weir of Flintville and Catherine Frogge of Nashville, sons bobby Jeans of Kelso and Joe Jeans of Nashville, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and sister Francis Hazelwood of Lynchburg.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 10 AM until time of service at noon at Higgins Funeral Home.
