Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Vance Collins Riner, age 91, of Fayetteville

will be conducted at 11AM Friday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Meeks officiating.  Burial will follow in Wright’s Cemetery beside her husband Lon Leslie Riner who died in 1975.  Mrs. Riner passed away Tuesday night in Donalson Care Center.

She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Charlie Matt and Annie Pearl Brady Collins.  She was a former employee of Blue Ridge Manufacturing and was a member of Center Point Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son Jerry W. Riner of Nashville, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by three children Charles Alton Riner, Lonnie Ray Riner and Judy Riner Howell.

Visitation with the family will be Friday from 10AM until 11AM at Higgins Funeral Home.

    It’s been almost 15 years this April and I still miss you so much! I still remember everything we did together as if we did it yesterday. You were the best person in my life and I so wish you could’ve met my children I know you would have loved them! I love you so much granny! Until we meet again 🩷
