Jolean Bennett Frame, a cornerstone of her family and a lifelong resident of Fayetteville, TN, passed away peacefully at her home on January 10, 2026, at the age of 84. Surrounded by the family she cherished, she left behind a legacy of hard work, unwavering love, and a table that was always open to those she held dear.
Jolean was born on June 18, 1941, to the late Charlie and Edith Louise Boyd Bennett. She was a graduate of Flintville School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville.
Jolean was known for many things—her work ethic was unmatched. She spent each day answering phones and assisting customers at Frame Electric and making sure everyone had a home cooked meal for lunch. She found joy in cooking for others whether she was at work or at home with her family. Her home was the gathering point for generations; she loved hearing the laughter of her family, and ensuring no one ever left her presence hungry.
Jolean was a beloved mother, Granny, and sister. Her memory will be carried on by her sons, Michael (Lori) Frame and Lee Frame; grandchildren, Emma (Demarion) McCrary, Molley Frame, Conner Frame, Zachary (Elizabeth) Mason, Jordan (Taylor) Frame, Bea (AJ) Beddingfield, Madison (Wyatt) McCoy, and Morgan (Montana) Driver; and great-grandchildren, Ella Kate Beddingfield, Emmett Frame, Nolan Frame, Ada Frame, Wiley McCoy, Wilder Driver, Archie Mason, Alexandria Hernandez, Ashton Potts, and a great-granddaughter due to arrive soon. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Halcomb, her brother, Ronnie Bennett, and numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. In addition to her parents, Jolean was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Melvin Frame; son, Earl Dwayne Frame; and brother, Cecil Bennett.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 11 AM until 1 PM at Higgins Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 PM with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Lincoln Cemetery.
Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Jolean Bennett Frame.
