Funeral services for James Walter Howard, age 84 of Fayetteville will be conducted Sunday at 2PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Black and Steve Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Howard passed away Friday morning at his residence.

He was the son of the late Oval H. and Connie Dee Price Howard. Mr. Howard was employed by Kraft Foods for 43 years, Tennessee Department of Human Services for 15 years and was a member of the Washington Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife Geraldine Tripp Howard of Fayetteville, two daughters Kathy Lynette Howard and Tammy Howard Clark and husband Harry Clark Jr all of Fayetteville, son Walter Todd Howard of Fayetteville and sister Lela Mae Andrews of Fayetteville and grandson Sawyer McClain Clark of Murfreesboro.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday 12PM-2PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
