A graveside service for Harry Dale Jordan, age 70, of Fayetteville, TN, will be held at 1 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026, with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. There will be no visitation with the family prior to the service.

Known to most as Dale, he was born on June 26, 1955, in Lincoln County, TN, and was raised in the Kelso community. He was a graduate of Hillcrest High School and a member of Brogan Avenue Baptist Church.

Dale was known for his loving and caring heart and his willingness to help anyone in any way he could. He enjoyed reading his Bible, fishing, bowling, watching Westerns and wrestling, and sipping on a good Coca-Cola. He proudly competed in bocce ball in the Special Olympics on several occasions. Dale especially cherished his time at Donalson Care Center and the many friendships he formed there. Dale passed away on February 24, 2026, at HH Lincoln Health.

He is survived by his brother, Blake Cowley; his niece, Kayla Holt and husband Tommy; his nephew, Blake Cowley, Jr.; and his great-nieces and nephew, Cason Holt, Emma Holt, and Elizabeth Cowley. He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Jordan Cowley, and his father, William “Hoss” Cowley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Patient Activities Department at Donalson Care Center, Attn: Hollie Miles, 1681 Winchester Highway, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
