Funeral services for Frances A. Alexander age 88, of Fayetteville will be conducted Thursday at 11 AM at Fayetteville First Baptist Church with Rev. Van Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens. Miss. Alexander passed away Tuesday at Lincoln Medical Center.

A native of Lincoln County, and the daughter of the late George and Ethel Mitchell Alexander, Miss. Alexander was retired from Redstone Arsenal as a secretary. Worked with William Carey Baptist Association. Was a long time member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church where she worked as a secretary for many years.

Survivors include cousins Pangle Stewart, Wanda Spray, Mary Evelyn Barnes and husband Larry, special caretakers Kenny Campbell , Sherry Moyers, Van Jonson, and beloved church family at Fayetteville First Baptist.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening at Fayetteville First Baptist Church from 5-8 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Fayetteville First Baptist Church Building fund.
