Graveside service for Mrs. Flossie Tallman Bean age 89, of Fayetteville will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 PM at Wrights Cemetery with Bro. Lance Wiser officiating. Mrs. Bean passed away Saturday morning at Lincoln Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late James Herman and Ethel Mae Sumners Tallman, a native of Lincoln County, and worked in the cafeteria at Boonshill School for 24 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son Joe Larry Bean and wife Marijo of Petersburg, daughter in-laws Faye Bean of Spring Hill, TN and Faye Bean of Fayetteville, sister-in-law Emma Lee Tallman of Cornersville, 8 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Mrs. Bean was preceded in death by sons John Lewis Bean and Thomas Huston Bean and brothers Carlee Tallman and Doug Tallman.

There will be no visitation prior to the service. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Fayetteville Square or charity of your choice.
