Obituary

A graveside service for Emma J. McKin, age 86, of Fayetteville, TN will be held at 2 PM Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Lincoln Cemetery with Bro. James Strope officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service.

Mrs. McKin was born August 4, 1939, in Lincoln County, TN to the late John Wesley and Bessie Stafford Hobbs. She was raised in the Dellrose community and worked as a seamstress at Blue Ridge Shirt Plant. She was a Christian lady who enjoyed music and loved her family. Mrs. McKin passed away October 29, 2025, at her home.

Survivors include her husband, William Reed McKin; sons, Michael McKin and Larry Reed (Cathy) McKin; grandchildren, Thomas, Lynn, and Jason McKin; stepchildren, Tonya Coble, Brandy Humphrey, Jeremy Humphrey; and numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McKin was preceded in death by her daughters, Pam and Sherry McKin.
