Ellen Pauline Flynn, 77, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born October 18, 1948, Ellen was a gifted artist who found great joy in painting and expressing her creativity. A woman of Christian faith and a former employee of Amana, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by her children, Patrick (Tammy) Johnson, Julie Kent, and Sonya Flynn (partner, Brent Gentry); grandchildren, Megan (Danny) Atkins, James (Amber) Johnson, Brooke Johnson, Tim Wright, Tessa (Matt) Etchison, Matthew Flynn, Maykala Flynn, and Greyson Gentry; great-grandchildren, Colby Atkins, Owen Atkins, Mattie Jo Atkins, Peyton Neely, Gabriel Wright, and Jayden Wright; sister, Carol Poarch Fuller; brother, Mark Poarch; and a lifelong friend, Patsy Ivey.
Ellen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terrell Flynn; her brother, Brian Poarch; and her step-son, Kevin Flynn.
