Graveside services for Mr. Edward Dean Sanders, age 80, of Fayetteville will be conducted Monday, October 17 at 1 PM at Shiloh Cemetery with Bro. Mike Hovis officiating. Mr. Sanders passed away October 16, 2011 at his residence.

Mr. Sanders was a native of Lincoln County, the son of the late Alton and Ozell Arnold Sanders. He was a Naval veteran and farmer.

Survivors include his wife Betty Anne Simpson Sanders, daughter Diane Wilson and husband Dwight of Boonshill, granddaughters Anna Hovis and husband Scott of Fayetteville and Laura Nelson and husband Nathan of Pulaski, sister Linda Cope and husband Lewis of Lewisburg, brother Billy Sanders of Fayetteville, two great granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Monday from 11:30-12:30 at Higgins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
