Graveside services for Dr. Mike Collins PhD. age 57, of Bartlett, TN will be conducted Thursday at 11:30am at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens with John Edmondson  officiating.  Higgins Funeral Home is in charge. Dr. Collins passed away Sunday night in Memphis.

He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of Ray Collins of Fayetteville and the late Sue Jacobs Collins. He was a Law Professor at the University of Memphis.

Survivors in addition to his father include a brother Mark Collins and wife Wendy of Fayetteville and two nieces Lorie Durham and husband Tim and Rebecca Collins all of Fayetteville and nephew Collin Snow.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 10AM-11AM at Higgins Funeral Home.
