Obituary

Bonnie Price Humphrey, age 87, of the Howell Hill community of Lincoln County passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at St. Thomas Hospital after a brief illness.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm at Stateline Cemetery on Sunday, January 30, 2022, with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Visitation with the family will from 1 pm until 2 pm at Stateline Cemetery.

A native of Lincoln County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Estelle Bell and late stepfather Cecil Bell. Mrs. Humphrey was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bo” Humphrey and two sons, Ricky L. Humphrey and Donnie W. Humphrey. She was employed at Serbin Manufacturing until its closure. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sons, Ronnie J. Humphrey of Fayetteville, Connie W. (Arden) Humphrey of Fayetteville, and Tim (Amanda) Humphrey of Lewisburg; granddaughter, Donna Kay Humphrey (Chad) of Winchester; great-grandsons, Ethan and Eli Climer; step-granddaughter, Tara Lashwood; and step-grandchildren, Arianna Barnett and Alex Lashwood.
