It is with regret we announce the death of Mr. Bobby C. Smith, age 79 of Fayetteville,who died Wednesday night at Donalson Care Center. He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of the late Clyde Brooks and Bessie Shaw Smith. He was a retired employee of Teledyne and a member of the Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife Peggy L. Smith of Fayetteville and brother Billy Smith of Fayetteville. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a daughter Lisa Smith who passed away in 2008.
