It is with regret we announce the passing of Ms. Marsha Leigh Christie, Age 45, of Fayetteville, TN. Marsha was born on September 13, 1974, to Doris (George) Sharp and the late Bob Jantz. She passed away on May 6, 2020, at her residence.
In addition to her mother, Marsha is survived by her husband of 25 years, Bradley Wayne Ransom; sons, Brady Kendel (Angel Ruth) Ransom, Riley Foster Conn (fiance, Samantha Senter), and Trevor Jantz; daughter in law, Shaelyn Holmes; grandchildren, Caedence Holmes, Parker Holmes, Hadyn Roberts, Rilenn Conn, Dayton Conn, Hunter Ransom, Raycin Conn, Nova Conn, Alyssa Senter, Aria Senter, and Aligha Senter; and sister, Sara Brummer. In addition to her father, Marsha preceded in death by her brothers Matt Jantz and Mark Jantz.

Marsha, you changed my life. You were one of the best friends I had. You were my mentor and we were always honest with each other. You taught me so much and we probably had way too much fun within those years. There are so many memories that I will hold on to for the rest of my life. You were an amazing person and I will be forever grateful to have known you. You are loved and missed dearly. You may have been my boss for a lot of those years but we turned into family. My heart goes out to all of your loved ones. I will miss you my friend.

You were loved by many. You’ve left behind two sons that you loved and were proud of. One memory that sticks out the most is of us talking about Brady and Riley. There was so much love in your voice when you talked about them. I remember all of us roasting each other, drinking together at the lake, and just relaxing and having fun. The summer I spent with you, Brady, and Brad was the best of my life. I’m going to miss your laugh, I’m going to miss hearing you call me “Sparky “. I’m just going to miss you in general but so is everyone else that lost you. Thank you for accepting me into your family with open arms and putting up with me. Rest easy, Marsha. You’ll never be forgotten. Fly high, Angel.

There are so many memories I could put here. So many things I could say but nothing can ever adequately describe how much I cherished you and loved you my friend. The kind of friend where even though you haven’t seen each other or talked to each other in a long time it didn’t matter because we could pick up a conversation like we had never been apart is rare and you and I had that. I always knew that no matter what you had my back and you knew I had yours. We each did our fair share of rescuing the other. Marsha I am so proud of you for the awesome person you were and heaven is truly a blessed place now that you are there! I will forever miss you and your contagious laugh and hair flip. I’m so sorry to hear of Marsha’s passing.
We spent years in school together and always got along well. We even bonded over our birthday’s being four days apart in our Primary days. Family and friends will be in my thoughts and prayers.
