Funeral service for Jamie Teressia Hancock, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted at 2 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Alan and Bro. Mitchell Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 12 PM until 2 PM on Tuesday at Higgins.

Teressia was born on February 13, 1953 in Booneville, MS to the late James Willie and Maxine Stennett Hancock. She worked as a Clerk at Big Lots Stores, enjoyed photography, and was a member at Huntland Pentecostal Church. Teressia passed away on May 4, 2019 at St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN.

Survivors include her brothers, Perry Keith (Beverly) Hancock and Charles Danny (Darlene) Hancock both of Murfreesboro; nieces & nephews: Chassidy (Kevin) Allen, Josh (Charrier) Hancock, Lindsey (Wesley) Stephens, Jeffrey Kyle Hancock, Steven Kale (Amanda) Hancock; and great-nieces & great-nephews: Kaylee Allen, Avery Allen, Emery Allen, Hazel Kate Stephens, Knox Bentley Stephens, Aidalyn Elizabeth Hancock, and Henry Oren Hancock.
