Graveside services for Rachel Alene Burton, age 84, of Fayetteville will be conducted Monday at 11AM at Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens with Higgins Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Burton passed away Thursday night in Donalson Care Center.

She was a native of  Woodbury, TN, daughter of the late Thomas Burgess and Mollie Elizabeth Reed Helton, a retired grocery clerk and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include a son Donald Richard Burton of Fayetteville, three sisters, Ruby Massey of Shelbyville, Grace Austin of Lewisburg and Billie Hamilton of Mooresville and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
