Funeral services for Melvin Lee Robinson, age 69, of Fayetteville will be conducted Saturday at 11:00AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Sister Pat Staggs officiating. Burial will follow in New Grove Cemetery. Mr. Robinson passed away Thursday morning in Lincoln Medical Center.

He was a native of Lincoln County and the son of the late Willie Taylor and Flossie Lou Locke Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a farmer and a member of Father’s House Church.

Survivors include his wife Jennie Mae Wilbanks Robinson of Fayetteville, two sons Mike Presley and wife Misty of Taft, and Gary Presley and wife Cindy of Elora, grandchildren Nicole, Kayla, Gracie, Matt and Emily Presley, brother Leon Robinson of Shelbyville, two sisters Florence Franklin and Rachel Dunnivant both of Fayetteville and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by a sister Marie Wilbanks.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
