Graveside service for Linda Lee Smith, age 81, of Fayetteville, TN, will be held at 11 AM Monday, September 8, 2025, at Wright’s Cemetery with Bro. Thomas Smith officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Linda was born on September 7, 1943, in Lincoln County, TN to the late Herbert Lee Stevenson and Sarah Noah Stevenson. She was a graduate of the Boonshill School and a member of the church of Christ. On September 6, 2025, Linda passed away, just one day shy of her 82nd birthday. She’ll be celebrating her birthday tomorrow, in the arms of Jesus.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Smith; son, David (Donna Jo Morrison) Luna; bonus children, Terry (Emily) Smith, and Sherry (Mike) Randles; grandchildren, Kayla (Matthew) Camp, Marlayna (Aaron) Dotson, Tim Luna, Will Smith, Aidan Hurt, and Ben Randles; great-grandchildren, Oliver Dotson, Charlie Keith Luna, and Harper Camp; sister, Cathy (Ronnie) Braden; nieces, Amy (Phil) Wakefield, and Penny (late Glenn) Bates; and a nephew, Jim (Star) Luna. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Lee Luna and their daughter, Donna Kay Luna Pepper; and her sisters, Doris Phelps, and Thelma Luna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
