Tippy was a family friend who graduated from CHS with my first cousin Alice Storey Freeman of Huntsville. Sending sympathy to her loved ones. She lived a beautiful life with many friends.

I have SO many wonderful memories of Tippy and I am truly going to miss “ my office helper”. She became like a Nana to me and I am grateful that God placed her in my life. I will always think of her when I see a peacock after we named her stained glass peacock “Preston”. ❤️

Tippy was my Daddy’s first cousin. I always enjoyed visiting her Aunt Neil growing up. I have missed our emails in the last few years, she knew so much of our family’s history. She was a great Southern Christian lady. I surprise her with a visit two years ago, but we had to wait to visit. I got there on Sunday night and group was leading singing, she would not leave until the last hymn was sung. Rest in Peace Tippy,

So very sorry to learn of Tippy’s passing. She was the consummate Southern lady. I last saw her a couple years ago while visiting a family member at Southern Manor. She was still as delightful as ever. Rest In Peace, Tippy.

From the Class of 1953 Prayers for the loss of Tippy. A lot of us went through the first grade at R E Lee with her. We were also the Class that lost their school building from a fire after the senior class play.
