Graveside services for William Wesley Lindsey, age 74 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Sunday November 29, 2015 at 11 AM at Carter Hills Cemetery with Bro. Pete Conley officiating. Mr. Lindsey passed away Thursday November 26, 2015 at his residence.
A native of Scottsboro, AL, he was the son of the late John Wesley and Minnie Lee Conway Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey was a commercial painter, loved tractors, the guitar and Alabama Football.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years Gracey Gibbs Lindsey of Fayetteville, children Wesley Lindsey, Tia Honea, Keri Lindsey and Minnie Lindsey, grandchildren Justin, Breanne, Johnathan, Mason, Chelsey and Tyler, brother Herbert (Roberta) Lindsey, sister Doris Jean (Robert) Cannon. He was preceded in death by two sisters Bonnie Ruth Grimes and Faye Williams.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday November 28, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family of William Wesley Lindsey.
