So sorry to learn of Bill’s passing. We had great times together as commissioner. I considered him a good friend and he seemed to always be smiling. I asked him one time if he was as happy as he seemed. He said it makes people wonder what you’ve been up to. Then he said yes, God has blessed me. May your beautiful memories help carry you through this difficult time.
God Bless You ALL.

Peggy
