March 25, 1975 was the first shift that I worked at Fayetteville Police Department and Mack Counts was the first person that I rode with. I have known him all of my life and he was always a special person.
He always had off duty projects going and he loved doing stuff that made him a good redneck!
I pray that God of the Bible watches over his family during this time.

I was so sorry to learn about the death of Mack. We grew up together in the Fintville community and later rode to work together at Genesco. We would eat lunch each day at Neville’s Pool Room on the square. If we could squeeze it in, we would shoot a game of pool. Mack was officially a step-cousin but we considered ourselves to be real cousins. I am so sorry that Mack is gone. My prayers are with the family.
