How sad I was and in shock when I received the call about Tommie’s accident and death last evening. I have been friends with Joe and Tommie for years. She worked with the Red Cross on Wednesday morning and Faye Eslick and I worked in the Auxiliary Gift Shoppe and over the many years we became so close to Tommie. Just about two weeks ago she came and visited with us in the shoppe for about two hours so happy and looked so well, we enjoyed that visit to the fullest not having any idea that this would be the last visit that she would make to the shoppe. As always when she left she gave us a hug and kiss and told us she loved us, likewise we did the same. To Joe and the entire family you have my deepest sympathy and Faye and I will certainly miss her special visits.
In Christian Love,
Ruth

We are so sad to hear of the death of Tommie. She was a wonderful aunt and always had a smile on her face. She always made you feel that she was happy to see you and was a sweet and gentle spirit. She will certainly be missed by all that knew and loved her. I wish we could be there to share in the celebration of her life but we are happy she is now home with her heavenly Father.

To Joe, Kathy, Bobby, Laura and all her wonderful grandchildren, we ask God’s blessings on you as you move forward without her presence.

We love you all, Brenda, Page, Wesley, Leanna,
Chris and Jonie

I am Woody’s oldest daughter. My cousin Rhonda informed our family of her Aunt Tommies tragic accident. Our mother, Jenny would like to express her sympathy to Joe and the family. We will all keep the family in our prayers. As a member of the Hall family, I know that we are spread across the US but we are grounded in the love and respect we feel for family members. Each time one of us is taken, it affects all of us. I am proud to be one of the offspring of this awesome family. Love to all, Lana Hall St. Clair

Dear Family,
What a shock to hear of Ms. Tommie’s death. We became good friends because of her volunteer work at the hospital. She was always such a pleasure, so upbeat and happy. We enjoyed sharing vegetables through the years, recipes, etc. I have missed her since retirement. Good memories – a gift from God that death cannot destroy. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Kathy,

I am so sorry for your loss of your Mother. She was a beautiful, sweet lady. She always had a quick smile. I know that surely your heart is heavy with grief and it hurts me to know that you are hurting. Our mothers are so very precious. I dread the day when I lose my dear little Mother. I have been blessed with her for 92 + years. I pray that you will be comforted in your faith knowing that this life here is not the end. Our God is faithful to His promises. He sees every tear and I know that He grieves with us. I extend my sincere sympathy to you and all your family. Love Linda.
