Angeline and Harold and Denny Miller and I shared many good times together. Harold and Denny spent lots of days on the golf course. We vacationed in Florida with them, and oh how they loved those fresh oysters! They’d always bring some home. What a reunion they must be having! Sending all your family lots of love during this difficult time.

It was always a joy and privilege for me to see Mr. Quick when I preached for Bro. Tim Smith and the good folks at Cumberland Presbyterian Church. If only more of us had his sweet spirit and disposition (given by God to him) what a more wonderful world this would be.

In Christ,
Bro. Ennis Hyman

I first met Harold when he began dating my best friend, Angeline, whom he later married. Angeline and I were more like sisters than friends and we remained friends until her death. And Harold was like a brother to me. With the exception of my husband, Gene Foley, Harold Quick was probably the best man I have ever known. He was totally devoted to his wife and I don’t think his children could have asked for a better father. Over the years, I also learned what a good and loving son and brother Harold was. And he was as good to Angeline’s parents as he was his own. I honestly do not believe you could find a single person who would have anything negative to say about Harold Quick. He truly was a friend to all who knew him. I will miss Harold so much, but I take comfort in knowing that he is walking streets of gold with Jesus. And that our precious Angeline is once more by his side.
