A retired Civil Servant for the Army, she served as an editorial assistant for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command at Redstone Arsenal. In addition to her parents, Sybil was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Williams.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 4PM to 7PM at Higgins Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avalon Hospice 1802 North Jackson Street, Suite 900, Tullahoma, TN 37388 or Alzheimers Association 309 North Jackson Street, Suite 1, Tullahoma, TN 37388.
