It is with regret we announce the passing of Mrs. Sybil L. Wells Durham, age 86, of Fayetteville, TN. Mrs. Durham was born on July 21, 1934 to the late Greer and Katie Nell Sanders Wells. She enjoyed drinking coffee and watching soap operas. Sybil passed away on January 14, 2021.
Survivors include her son, Charles Frederick Allen of Chattanooga; grandson, JoJo (Mandy) Allen of Owens Crossroads, AL; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Jackson Allen; and a sister, Ellen Chamblee. In addition to her parents, Sybil was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin G. Durham; and a brother, Coycle Wells.
Private family services were held. Burial was in Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens.
