I had the honor to work with Scott at COLSA for many years. He was truly a talented engineer who was a joy to work with, but, as his obituary noted, there was no doubt that his family was the most important thing in his life. He spoke often so lovingly and proudly of all his children and grandchildren. I know his passing leaves a hole in many hearts. Please know that there are many who will always treasure his friendship and remember his kindnesses.
