Funeral services for Sandra Darlene Bagwell, age 54, of Fayetteville will be conducted Thursday at 11:00am at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. James Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Ms. Bagwell passed away Tuesday in Donalson Care Center.
She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Treva Smith Lewter and E. W. Lewter Sr. who survives. Ms. Bagwell was former manager of Save-A-Lot Grocery and was a member of the Brogan Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors in addition to her father include a daughter Terina Weir of Flintville, two sons Steve Dempsey of Fayetteville and Bobby Dempsey of Hazel Green, two sisters Debbie Bagwell of Fayetteville and Brenda Glisson of Smyrna, three brothers E. W. Lewter, Jr, Dean Lewter and Michael Lewter all of Fayetteville and eight grandchildren Steven Dempsey, Will Summers, Treva Britton, Holly Summers, Hannah Dempsey, Austin Weir, Bryson Dempsey and Weston Dempsey.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home
