Funeral services for Mr. Robert Clay Daly, age 75, of Fayetteville will be conducted at 11am Wednesday at Maranatha Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Nichols and Pastor Tommy Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Daly passed away Monday December 22 at Lincoln Medical Center.
He was a native of Limestone County, AL and the son of the late Fred and Ever Mae Gowan Daly. Mr. Daly worked for Coca Cola in Fayetteville for 19 years, owned and operated Daly’s Gulf for 20 years and was employed at Ashby Hardware for 10 years. He was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters Gayle Pridmore and husband David of Fayetteville, Tammy Mitchell and husband Greg of Fayetteville, one son Randy Daly and wife Karen of Nashville, three brothers Billy Daly of Ardmore, AL., Fred Daly Jr of Huntsville, AL and Louie Daly of Ardmore, AL, ten grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday evening after 5PM at the Maranatha Baptist Church. Higgins Funeral Home is in charge of all services.
