Funeral service for Mrs. Rhonda Joy Howard, age 59, of Taft, TN, will be conducted at 11 AM on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Stewart Cemetery.
Rhonda was born on August 24, 1960 in South Bend, IN to the late Robert Franklin Underwood, Sr. and Joyce Ellen Frazier Hartung. She loved the beach, painting, coffee with french vanilla creamer, Fox News, and her grandbabies. Mrs. Howard passed away on January 16, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Les Howard; children, Matthew (Melissa) Binns of St. Joe, MI, Nathan Binns of Sawyer, MI, Eric Howard of Pierceton, IN, Tasha Howard of Taft, TN, and Shamra (Kenneth) Stickler of Shelbyville, TN; grandchildren, Fallon and Torah Binns, Ronan, Beckham and Willow Binns, Vaylynn and Leeland Long, Paislea Noel, Sawyer Stickler, and Lua Howard; and brothers, Robert (Carrie) Underwood of Sunrise, FL and Ronald Underwood of South Bend, IN.
Visitation with the family will be held at 5 PM until 8 PM on Monday, January 20, 2020, at Higgins Funeral Home.
Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Rhonda Joy Howard.
