I always consider the amazing blessing someone so very dear is to us, just how fortunate we were to have them in our lives to begin with. Which of course suffering the loss seems too high a price to pay. I am so glad you had 30 years together, stayed together, and gave two beautiful children a loving childhood. The best is yet to come. God bless.

To the outside world we all grow old but not to a brother and sister, we know each other as we always were, we know each other’s hearts. We share private family jokes, we remember family feuds and secrets, family grief and joys. We live outside the touch of time, the greatest gift my parents gave us is each other. My love will not end with Peters (Pete’s) death I will carry him with me into the future, always remembering our past and what he brought to my life
