Funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Ann Surrett Crabtree, age 69, of Bethel Springs, TN, formerly of Fayetteville, will be conducted Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Higgins Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Crabtree passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Crabtree was a native of White Pine, TN, the daughter of the late Harold H. and Edith Louwella Smith Surrett. She was a Kindergarten school teacher and was formerly a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Survivors include a brother Chris Surrett; a uncle Donald Surrett; cousins Debbie (Don) Ivy, Cindy (Don) Wright, Barty Surrett, and Rusty Surrett; second cousins Adam Ivy, Justin Ivy, Logan Wright and Devin Wright; and special caregiver Debra Mann. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Butler “Buddy” Crabtree; an aunt Polly Surrett; and a cousin Debbie Maxie.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
